As an in-house Creative Designer at Splash Damage, I worked on a number of large print projects for the company. Before reopening the offices in 2021, Splash Damage renovated the building in order to create an enticing environment for employees to return to and offices they would enjoy working in every day.
My team was responsible for refreshing the artwork across two buildings and six floors in total. This included preparing artwork for light boxes, canvases, full wall prints and vinyl lettering, all of which have different specifications for print.
As some of the artwork was from games made over a decade ago, to be printed at such a large size we needed to scale up the artwork to many times its original size. A large part of the process for this involved painting over each artwork by hand to improve the quality of the image and correct imperfections.

Develop 2023 Booth Backdrop

In 2023 Splash Damage had floor space at Develop Conference for the first time, in collaboration with its partner studio Bulkhead. The goal of the studio's presence at the conference was to recruit promising talent for both studios' upcoming projects.
Develop is one of the biggest games industry events in the UK and has over 5,000 attendees each year. The show floor is extremely busy and the booth design needed to stand out and show both companies as being attractive places to work for experienced developers who want to work on AAA games.
